License Agreement
Effective date: March 28, 2026
License Grant
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with this License Agreement, Smash Plumbing grants paying customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the web application for their internal business operations.
Authorized Users
Access is limited to the customer organization and its authorized employees, contractors, and approved users. Sharing access outside the licensed customer organization is prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.
Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the application except as allowed by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing. Unpaid, suspended, or terminated accounts are not licensed to use the application.
Ownership
The application, software, branding, workflows, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Smash Plumbing and its licensors. This agreement provides a right to use the platform and does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.
Payment Requirement
The license is restricted to paying customers in good standing. Failure to pay subscription fees, service fees, or other agreed charges may result in suspension or termination of access without waiving any other available remedies.
Availability and Support
We may update, enhance, maintain, or discontinue features from time to time. Any support, implementation, or maintenance services are governed by the applicable customer agreement or service arrangement.
Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, unauthorized use, security concerns, or material breach of this agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted under this license immediately end.
Disclaimer
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
